if 1 is a zero of poly. p(x)=ax^3-3(a-1)x then
p(1)=0
p(1)=a×1^3-3(a-1)×1
0=a-3(a-1)
0=a-3a+3
0=(-2a)+3
2a=3
a=3/2
so the value of a if 1 is a zero of poly. p(x)=ax^3-3(a-1)x is 3/2.....
