If one is doing some excercises, and also eating food sufficiently daily but less than what he/she was eating earlier, then which food will be digested first the one which was stored as fat or the one is being taken up by him/her daily?

first without any confusion....the food he takes will digest or break first....as in exercise the digestion start and works very tremendously...so

by my point of view the fats gonna digest first because normal food like rice gonna take six hours to digest but the fats are gonna digest first in two hours
