Explanation:

W = 0, q = 5.46 kJ

W = 0,q=0

W = -5.46kJ, q = 5.46 kJ

W=5.46kJ, q = 5.46 kJ

Solution :

W=PΔV=P×0=0

Q=CV(ΔT)=20×273=5460J=5.46kJ

Given:   n=1 mole T=1K

           Since at constant temperature and pressure, the ideal gas equation is,

             PV=nRT

where P is pressure, V is volume and R is the ideal gas constant

               R=8.314 \frac{J}{mol\times k}

Work done by gas will be

                  W=nRT

        W=1\times 8.314\times 1

                =8.314Joule

Hence the work done by gas will be 8.314 joule
