if one mole of oxygen atom weighs 16 g, find mass of one atom of oxygen in gram​

Answer: mass of 1 atom of Oxygen is 2.65 × 10⁻²³ g

1 mole of O = 16g

6.022 × 10²³ atoms of O weigh 16g

∴ mass of 1 atom of O =

16 ÷ 6.022 × 10²³

 = 2.65 × 10⁻²³ g
