Given one angle = 65°

Therefore, the sum of other two angles = 180 - 65 = 115°

The give ratio is 2 to 3, Thus sum of ratios = 2 + 3 = 5

Therefore, one angle = 2/5 x 115 = 46°

The other angle = 3/5 x 115 = 69°
