if one of the roots of the equation x²-5x+k=0 is equal to 4,find the values of k.

Heya..!

Given ,

p(x)=x^2-5x+k=0

=4^2-5(4)+k=0

=16-20+k=0

= 16+k=0+20

=16+k=20

k=20-16

k=4

Therefore Value Of K = 4
