If one of the roots of the two equations x^2 + bx+ 12 = 0 and x ^2 + bx + q = 0 ,then what is the value of q.​

x^{2} +bx+q = 0    - eq 2

eq 1 is equal to eq 2 as both of them are equal to the same no. (0=0)

So the value of q=12
