Given polynomial is 3x^-8x+2x+1

Let one of the zero be x.

Then, other zero =7x.

x+7x= - 8/3

=> 8x=8/3

=>x=1/3.

Products of zero,

=>x×7x=2k+1/3

=>7x^=2k+1/3

=>21×1/9=2k+1

=>7/3=2k +1

=>2k=7/3-1=4/3

=>2k=7-1/3=4/3

=>k=2/3.
