if one of the zero of the quadratic polynomial x^2 +3x+k is 2 then find the value of k​

Hey mate here's your answer -:

If 2 is a zero of the given polynomial, then it will result in 0. Now,

x^2 + 3x + k

Putting the value of x as 2, we get,

2^2 + 3×2 + k = 0

4 + 6 + k = 0

10 + k = 0

k = -10
