One zero of x²-kx+16 is the cube of the other..

Let one of the zeroes is α and the other is α³

Product of the roots = c/a = 16
α.α³ = 16
α^4 = 16
α = 2

One of the zeroes is 2 and other is 8

Sum of the roots = -b/a  = -(-k) = k
2 + 8 = k
k = 10
