if one of the zeroes of the polynomial 3x^2-x+k is 1/3 find the other 0 and the value of k​

The given equation is 3x²−x+k=0

Let the two roots be α and β. 

∴α+β= -(-1)/3

1/3 + β =1/3

β = 0

Substituting α=1/3 in (1) we get β= 0

Also, αβ=3k,   

1/3×0=3k

k = 0

      

Thus, the other root  b = 0 and  the value of k = 0
