if one of the zeros of polynomial X square + 3 X + K is 2 then find the value of k

Given that one root is 2,
x =2

x
² + 3x + k = 0

(2)
² + 3(2) + k = 0

4 + 6 + k = 0 

10 = -k

-10 = k

◆Given- One zero=2

◆x=2

◆Put in given equation

◆(2)^2+3(2)+k=0

◆4+6+k=0

◆10+k=0

◆k=-10

So here value of k is (-10)
