(k-1)x+kx+15 =0
putting x=-33
(k-1)×-33+K×-33+15=0
-33k+33-33k+15=0
-66k+48=0
48=66k
k=48/66
=24/33
hope it is right

If one of polynomial =-33
Then x=-33
Put the value in given equation
(k-1)*(-33)+k(-33)+15=0
-33k+33-33k+15=0
-66k+48=0
So k=-48/-66=24/33=8/11
