If one root of the equation is the reciprocal of the other then value of k in the equation is

(k - 1)x {}^{2}  - 10x + 3 = 0

and another root be b

So,

a.b = c/a

b is the reciprocal of a

Then,

a.1/a = 3/k-1

1 = 3/k-1

k-1 = 3

k = 3+1

k = 4
