If one side of a square is doable, find the ratio of the area of the resulting square to that of the given square

Let x be side of square and its area will be x².

given one side of a square is doable hence side of square now becomes 2x and its area will be 4x²

ratio of the area of the resulting square to that of the given square is 4x²:x² which is 4:1
