Let the side of equilateral triangle = a = 6cm

Area of equilateral triangle = √3/4 a²

= √3 × 6 × 6 / 4 = 9√3 cm²

The Length of altitude = √3a / 2

= √3 × 6 / 2 = 3√3 cm
