Therefore,
18x - 20 = 42 - 13x
On solving,
x = 2
Side = 18x - 20
= 18(2) - 20
= 16
Area of square = (Side)^2
= (16)^2
= 256
Therefore,

Side = 18x - 20
= 18(2) - 20
= 16
Area of square = (Side)^2
