Although US is the home country or root country which controls the business expansion ir trade of mcds but since India is also applying some tarrif and taxes hence India is also profiting. Moreover eating another country's food doesn't mean that one is actually changing his or her cultural eating habits. Enjoying other country's food can be counted as a curiosity or hobby.
