It may be confusing why binding energy will come, with a single nucleon, if we have 2 nucleons binding energy is will exist, not in single, assuming the mass of nucleon much greater than electron n electron spins in circular path around . it is not the case here. we can calculate change in energy by E=mc^2 . and applying concept of error analysis, we get approx. 06%. hope it helps...
