if one zero of 2x^2-10+p is 2\3 of the other then find the value of p

Given one zero = 2/3

P(x) = 2x²-10+p

P(2/3)= 2(2/3)-10+p

= 4/3-10-p

= 4-30/3-p

= -26/3-p

-26/3-p = 0

-p = 26/3

:. P = -26/3 or - 8.66..
