let one zero is
 \alpha and other zero is  - \alpha.
  sum of zeros \alpha - \alpha = \frac{ - b}{a} = \frac{3k + 1}{2} \\ 0 = \frac{3k + 1}{2} \\ 3k + 1 = 0 \\ 3k = - 1 \\ k = \frac{ - 1}{3} \\
