If one zero of 5xsquare+13x+k.find the value of k .

The answer is here,

 =  >  \: 5 {x}^{2}  + 13x + k = 0

Given that zero of the polynomial is 1.

So, x=1.

 =   >  \: 5( {1)}^{2}  + 13(1) + k = 0

 =  >  \: 5 + 13 + k = 0

=> k = -18.
