Heya !!!

Let one zero of the given polynomial be Alpha

Other zero = 7 × Alpha = 7 Alpha

P(X) = 3X²-8X+2K+1

Here,

A = 3 , B = -8 , C = 2K+1

Sum of zeroes = -B/A

Alpha + 7 Alpha = -(-8)/3

8Alpha = 8/3

Alpha = 8/3 × 8

Alpha = 1/3

And,

Product of zeroes = C/A

Alpha × 7Alpha = 2K+1/3

7Alpha² = 2K+1/3......(1)

Putting the value of alpha in equation (1)

7 × (1/3)² = 2K+1/3

7/3 = 2K+1

K = 2/3

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU... :-)
