Heya !!!

It seems you forget to put X ..

Right equation : 2X² - 4X + 1

Given that,

( 2 + ✓3) is one zero of the given quadratic polynomial.

Let other zero be X.

P(X) = 2X² - 4X + 1

Here,

A = Coefficient of X² = 2

B = Coefficient of X = -4

And,

C = Constan term = 1

Sum of zeroes = -B/A

2+ ✓3 + X = -(-4)/2

2 + ✓3 + X = 2

X = 2 - (2+✓3)

X = 2 - 2 - ✓3

X = -✓3

Hence,

Other zero of the given quadratic polynomial is -✓3
