If one zero is 1/ 3 then must satisfy the equation so put 1/3 in equation.

3(1/3)^2 - 10(1/3) + p = 0

1/3 - 10/3 + p = 0

p = 9/3 = 3

hence p = 3

so equation will be

3x {}^{2}  - 10x + 3

3x {}^{2}  - 9x - x + 3

3x(x - 3) - 1(x - 3)

(3x - 1)(x - 3)

Hence zeroes are x = 1/3 and 3.

3(1/3)² - 10(1/3)+p=0
3(1/9)-10/3+p=0
1/3-10/3+p=0
-9/3+p=0
p=9/3
p=3
