Hi Mate!!!!

Let the zeros be a and b

a = 7b

=>. b = a / 7

=>. We know that a + b = 8/3. and ab = -2(k+1) / 3

=>. a + ( a / 7 ) = 8 / 3

=>. 8a / 7 = 8 /3

=>. {a = 7 / 3}

ab ={ a² / 7 = - 2(k+1) / 3 }

put value of a in above equation

k = - 7 / 13

Have a nice day
