if one zero of the polynomial ax²+(a+4)x+6 is -2, find other zero.

let @ and $ are zeroes of polynomial.

given-

@=-2

we know

@+$=-b/a -(1)

@$=c/a -(2)

from 2

$(-2)=6/a

and , -2+$= -(a+4)/a -(3)

$=-(3/a)

put $ in 3

-2-(3/a)=-(a+4)/a

2a+3=a+4

a=4-3

a=1
