Hi fri3nd
Roots of the given equation are x and 2x
X+2x = -b/a
3x= -b/a
X = -b/3a ...(1)
(X)(2x) = C/a
2x^2 = C/a ...(2)
Put the value of x from equation 1 to equation 2
2 (-b/3a)^2 = C/a
2b^2 = 9ac
Hope it will help you!!
