well...i got it!
see, all u need to do is.....
see again, if u don't know about the co-efficient formulas which are in class 10 syllabus then it's almost impossible for u to solve
so i better tell it....let the roots be a and b
now, a=7b
so a×b=8/3
i.e. 7b^2=8/3.......(i)
now a+b=(2k+1)/3
i.e. 8b=(2k+1)/3........(ii)
compute equations i) and ii)
u will get what u need!
