What are the reasons for deactivations?
Breaking rules.
In case account got deactivated, contact Moderators. If they found your deactivated account genuine, they will reactivate lest they will not.
If they will not then create new account and be genuine and polite to others.
Copying and spamming leads to deactivation.
Hence don't copy or spam.
