If onion peel and cheek cells are observed through a microscope, state the two major difference that the observer is likely to find .

The Onion cells will have Thick cell boundary i.e. Cell wall while the cheek cells will not have Cell Wall. The Onion cell will have large vacuole and there will be no centrioles while the Cheek cell will not have large vacuole and centrioles will be present.
