If onion peel cells and check cells are observed through a microscope, state the two major differences that the observer is likely to find.​

Difference in shape— onion cells are more or less rectangular in shape whereas cheek cell have irregular polygonal shape.

Cell wall- present in onion cell (plant cell) but absent in Cheek(animal cell) .

It is because, onion peel has a cell wall, which gives it a definite shape, but our cheek cells doesn't hav cell wall, so it looks like polygonal not having a definite shape.
