if order of rotation of a square is 4, then why the order of rotation of a parallelogram is 2; when the square comes in right position in one time only.can somebody explain me.

look friend you already know that what's rotational symmetry , if not then it's the no of times a shape looks similar white it's rotated . Now a square has all sides equal thus it has 4 rotational symmetry but the parallelogram has two opposite sides equal/parallel which makes its rotational symmetry 2
