It's not possible ( cause of inertia ) but if it is they have massive effect on human life cause we know that seasons are caused by the rotation and adversely by the revolution also so , if there are no seasons .... we should probably die..and life will be extinct on these earth ... And if galaxies stop's moving no other stars would formed and the number of stars will start decreasing ..
