if oxygen is help for burning and hydrogen is burn with pop sound so why water is act as fire extinguiser in which both hydrogen and oxygen involve​

Actually if water is cold then it act as fire extinguisher. As cold water has decrease in temperature.

warm water will not act like that. The bond between Oxygen and Hydrogen becomes weak due to this they will burn.

This is only reason behind that.

Because a compound has totally different properties from its constituent elements ..Likewise hydrogen and oxygen are both gases but when they combine they form a liquid ‘water’ at room temperature..
