if ozymandias was alive to watch his statue broken, he would have felt ashamed of his doings. Broken statue would make him know that people like him are not remembered by posterity. he would be become a believer of time being formidable.I think that he might apologize to people for looking down upon them.
Little did he know that his quality of looking down upon others would help to obliviate his works.
