Step-by-step explanation:

The opposite x,y coordinates of a parallelogram are equal

i.e.

If a parallelogram is made up of coordinates are (x1,y1),(x2,y2),(x3,y3),(x4,y4)

then

x1 + x3 = x2 + x4

also

y1 + y3 = y2 + y4

So

for x coordinates

1 + 5 = 4 + a

6 = 4 + a

a = 2

for y coordinates

2 + 7 = 6 + b

9 - 6 = b

3 = b

Coordinates = (2,3
