A and B are not defined, if you want to know about the number of relation from P to Q

P ={1,3} , Q = {2,3,5}

PxQ = [{1,2},{1,3},{1,5},{3,2},{3,3},{3,5}]

Hence,

|PxQ| = 6

Total number of relations from P to Q=

 {2}^{3 \times 2}  =  {2}^{6}  = 64

64 is answer to your question.

_--------_--------_--------_---------_----------_----------

Total number of functions from P to Q =

 {2}^{3}  = 8

Total number of relations which are not FUNCTIONS =64-8=56
