Answer: (p+1)=2(q+1)
p+1=2q+2
p-2q=2-1
p-2q=1
p=1+2q. __(1)
(3p+1)= 2(p+q+1)
3(1+2q)+1=2{(1+2q)+q+1}
3+6q+1=2+4q+2q+2
4+6q=4+6q
Hence,LHS=RHS
