Answer:

 p(-2,-5) ------------------------R------------------------O(4,3)

                   3                            4

let the coordinates of r be (x,y)

formula:x=mx_{2}+nx_{1}/m+n

           y=my_{2}+ny_{1}/m+n

m and n is the ratio  in which the line segment is divided

x=3(4)+4(-2)/3+4                  and       y=3(3)+4(-5)/3+4

=12-8/7                                               =9-20/7

=4/7                                                    =-11/7

coordinates of r(4/7,-11/7)

 \bf Formula \:  used  :

 \boxed{  \green{\bf x =  \frac{{x}_{1}{m}_{2 }+ {x}_{2}{m}_{1}}{{m}_{1}{m}_{2}}}  }\\  \\ \boxed{ \orange{ \bf y =  \frac{{y}_{1}{m}_{2 }+ {y}_{ 2}{m}_{1}}{{m}_{1}{m}_{2}}}}

co-ordinate of R :

 \underline{ \boxed{ \red{ \bf R(  \frac{  4}{7} ,  - \frac{11}{7} )}}}
