2p²+q²-3r²​

 {2p}^{2}  +  {q}^{2}  -  {3r}^{2} \\  = 2 {( - 2)}^{2}  +  {( - 1)}^{2}  - 3 {(3)}^{2}  \\  = 8 + 1 - 27 \\  =  - 18
