Answer:

Given, equation is: 10x−9y=15 and also given that (2p - 1, p) is its solution hence it should satisy this equation

∴10(2p−1)−9p=15

⟹20p−10−9p=15

⟹11p=15+10=25

⟹p=

4x + 3y = 23

If (p, 2p + 1) is a solution then we have to find the value of p

Substituting the value of x and y in the equation..

Our x = p and y = (2p + 1)

4(p) + 3 (2p + 1) = 23
4p + 6p + 3 = 23
10p + 3 = 23
10p = 23 - 3
10p = 20
P = 20/10
p= 2
