P+Q= 3a+2b-c-7a+4b+8c
P+Q=-4a+6b+7c
for P-Q=3a+6b-c -(-7a+4b+8c)
P-Q=3a+6b-c+7a-4b-8c
P-Q=10a +2b-9c
so that P+Q and P-Q are not same
P+Q= 3a+2b-c-7a+4b+8c
P+Q=-4a+6b+7c
