If p=3n-2 and q=2n-3 and p:q =5:4, find the value on n

p/q =3n-2/2n-3
5/4 =3n-2/2n-3
5(2n-3)=4(3n-2)
10n-15=12n-8
12n-10n = -15+8
2n=-7
n=-7/2 is answer
