now area of another triangle prs=

 \frac{1}{2}   |25 + 10 - 5|

 \frac{1}{2}  |35 - 5|

 \frac{1}{2}  |30|

= 15

therefore area of quad pqrs

 =  \frac{63}{2}  + 15

by taking lcm
