If p=-7

q= -1 then,

$= > {p}^{q} - {q}^{p}$

$= > ( - 7) {}^{ - 1} - ( - 1) {}^{ - 7}$

$= > \frac{ - 7}{1} + \frac{ 1}{7}$

$= > \frac{ - 49 + 1}{7}$

$= > \frac{ - 48}{7}$
