If p= a*2 b*3 and q= a*3b , a, b are prime numbers, then verify LCM (p, q) ×HCF (p, q) = pq

vannajayyay: is p=a*2*b*3 and q=a*3*b? or is p=(a^2)*(b^3) and q=(a^3)*b?
riturajpandey2002: Yes
vannajayyay: the first one or the second one?
riturajpandey2002: You can read the question first
vannajayyay: "p= a*2 b*3" is not a number, it must either be p=a*2*b*3 or p=(a^2)*(b^3). you have to say or no one can help you.
riturajpandey2002: P= a square b cube & q= a cube b, a, b are prime numbers
vannajayyay: * means times, ^ means to the power
riturajpandey2002: hahahaahaa yes yes

if p=(a^2)*(b^3) and q=(a^3)*b,

so what then is p*q?

we know that lcm(p,q)=(a^3)*(b^3)  and gcf(p,q)=(a^2)*b

what would [lcm(p,q)]*[gcd(p,q)] be?

riturajpandey2002: What is this???
