P(A):P(A^⁻) = 3:2

Let P(A)=3x ,

P(A^⁻) = 2x

We know that,

P(A)+P(A^⁻) = 1

=> 3x+2x = 1

=> 5x = 1

=> x = 1/5

=> x = 2/10 = 0.2

Now ,

P(A) = 3x = 3×0.2 = 0.6

Heya mate here is your answer....

Question - If P(A):P(A^-)= 3:2,then what is P(A) ?

Ans. P(A):P(A^-) = 3:2

Let, P(A) = 3x

P(A^-) = 2x

We Know,

P(A) + P(A^-) = 1

3x + 2x = 1

5x = 1

x = 1/5

Now,

x = 0.2

P(A) = 0.6

Hope it helps you dear.....
