Given : p and q are prime numbers

To find : HCF of p³q²   and p²q

Solution:

LCM  Least common Multiple of given expressions is a least power polynomial and least power numeric coefficient expression which is divisible by all the expression.

HCF Highest common factor is highest power polynomial and largest power numeric coefficient expression which can divide all the expressions.

LCM = product of each factor  of highest power

HCF = product of common factors of least power

HCF of p³q²   and p²q

=  p²q

HCF of p³q²   and p²q   is   p²q
