Step-by-step explanation:

 = \: ax {}^{2} + bx + c = 0

notice \: that.. \\ \\ new \: roots = (old \: roots) {}^{2} \\ hence \: replacing \: \sqrt{x \: } to \: get... \\ \\ = (a \sqrt{x) {}^{2} } + b( \sqrt{x) +} c = 0 \\ ax {}^{2} + b \sqrt{x } + c = 0 \\ b \sqrt{x} = - c - ax \\ \\ squaring \: on \: both \: sides... \\ b {}^{2} x = c {}^{2} + 2acx + a {}^{2} x {}^{2} \\ = a {}^{2} x {}^{2} + (2ac - b {}^{2} )x + c {}^{2} = 0 \\ \\ \\ hope \: it \: helps \: you \: mate...

Step-by-step explanation:

ax^2 + bx + c =0

Notice that........

new roots = ( old roots )^2

hence replacing x to get ....

= (a√x)^2 + b(x)+c=0

ax^2 + b√x )+c =0

b√x= -c-ax

squaring on both sides...

b^2x=c^2+2acx+a^2x^2

= a^2x^2 + (2ac-b^2)x + c^2 =0
